Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records and CDs are well-protected to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local post office.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5 business days.
