How do you ensure vinyl records are protected during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is the difference between 'New' and 'Mint' condition?
Items marked as 'New' are factory-sealed from the distributor. 'Mint' refers to unsealed or pre-owned items that are in perfect, flawless condition with no visible wear to the media or sleeve.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders can take between 10-21 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a record with a manufacturing defect or significant warping, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement copy at no extra cost.
Do you offer tracking on all shipments?
Yes, once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
